DW/TXS Construction Equipment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (“DW/TXS”) is a joint venture between Tu Xing Sun No-Dig Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and the Charles Machine Works Inc., which is dedicated to offering all-around services to contractors of trenchless horizontal directional pipelaying projects.
With 60 brilliant years of development, the Charles Machine Works Inc. is the leader in the manufacture of underground construction equipment in the US.
Tu Xing Sun No-Dig Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd., albeit 8 years of development, has succeeded in designing and developing over 10 new products in its technology-based, market-oriented and innovative undertaking embracing the idea of “becoming a good man before doing things well”, and has possessed a strong strength in no-dig equipment R&D and rich experience in construction operation technology supervision, and independent IPR and brand. Especially in 2004, the company developed the first large-scale directional crossing pipelaying equipment, showcasing China’s strength in projects such as "West-East Gas Transmission", "Sichuan Gas sent to the East" and so on which filled the gap of large-scale pipelaying drilling machines and changed the pattern of dependence on imports. As a result, the company is acclaimed as a leader in Chinese trenchless horizontal directional drilling machine production and sale.
The joint venture symbolizes a strong strategic alliance in the Pacific Rim that incorporates the strengths of both founding companies.
