Established on December 23, 2008, DW/TXS Construction Equipment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (“DW/TXS”) is a joint venture between its predecessor, Tu Xing Sun No-Dig Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. - a widely recognized leader in the manufacture and distribution of horizontal directional drilling systems in China, and the US-based The Charles Machine Works Inc. - a leader in the manufacture of underground construction equipment. The joint venture symbolizes a strong strategic alliance in the Pacific Rim that combines the strengths of both founding companies.

Located in the Huo County Development Area in Tongzhou District of Beijing, DW/TXS occupies a floor space of 46 mu. It is adjacent to the 103 State Highway, nearly 40 minutes from the Capital Airport, only 5 minutes’ drive from the Beijing-Shenyang Highway entrance, and approximately one hour’s drive from Tianjin port, thus enjoying a favorable transportation.
DW/TXS is specializing in the research and development of trenchless technology equipment and HDD production and sale. DW/TXS boasts a contingent of senior engineers and exploration technology experts who are pioneers in HDD R&D in China and are immensely experienced in no-dig equipment R&D and construction operation technology supervision. The company’s main products are DDW-model trenchless horizontal directional pipelaying drilling machines, including over sixteen models ranging from 10T to 600T. The annual production capacity is more than 300 units.
The company is the governing member of CSTT, member of ISTT，BJSTT，CSSTT, member of China Town Planning Association, and Teaching Practice Base of China University of Geosciences (Beijing).It has also obtained the recognition of “China Famous Brand”, ISO9001--2000 International Quality Management Certification, and CE Certification, among other honors.
